  A Pattern of Harassment, Retaliation, Surveillance, and Constructive Eviction by JM, ZM, and MM Introduction This document details the ongoing pattern of harassment, intimidation, retaliation, surveillance, deprivation of services, and interference with daily living experienced by our family while residing at this house that I will refer to as "24115." What began as a family housing arrangement has become a prolonged campaign of hostility that has affected every aspect of our lives. The actions described below have not been isolated incidents. Rather, they form a continuous pattern of conduct carried out by JM and enabled, supported, or directly participated in by property owners ZM and MM. The conduct has affected our physical health, emotional well-being, ability to use the home, ability to access essential facilities, ability to receive mail, ability to prepare meals, and ability to live peacefully and safely.  The McDonald "family."  The ones that have resided at the aforementioned address of the website url since the mid 90's. From the outside looking in, one would assume they are nice people. One would assume that the are the perfect family that others in the neighborhood would aspire to. Those of you who know the McDonald family will know what each of the names the abbreviations (ie. JM, ZM, etc.) stand for. Those who don't, unfortunately, I will not be able to divulge that information. But given the title, you can figure out what the M in the abbreviations stand for. As someone who has lived among them, I can tell you--this is nothing but smoke and mirrors.
